It’s so nice to breathe in that fresh Atlantic sea air, take time to appreciate the beautiful creation that surrounds us. Lately we haven’t had much of a chance to do this & as a result we’ve all put a bit of weight on... inc biskit! (Caitríona will kill me later for saying that) Taking a break helps us put things in perspective too, clear the head & reminds us to see the bigger picture & what’s more important in life.
