DPD is a fully traceable door to door signature service and offers a text message/email notification service so you will be notified once your order leaves us and will be provided with a tracking number and options to tailor your delivery before it arrives at your door

The Republic of Ireland is currently in Level 3 Lockdown restrictions. Following the advice and guidelines set by the HSE, our drivers continue to operate a contactless delivery system. If no-one is home, and a suitable Safe Place is available, our drivers will deliver the parcel to the designated Safe Place or to a Neighbour (according to the shippers’ preferences). Please do remember to ensure that if you are shipping to a business premises, that they're actually open to accept delivery.*Please be aware that there may be additional costs when ordering from international locations. There are no import taxes or duties payable within the EU. Outside of the EU, many countries have their own import taxation system although most generally do not charge duties on small goods under $200. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are solely responsible for all duties and import taxes if they do incur. 

We are NOT a drop shipping company! We are a small homegrown business & we patiently craft our items here in our Galway workshop. Some of the components are pre-made in small batches, however much of the assembling work cannot be done until we receive your order. Therefore the lead time on our products is generally 2-3 working days prior to dispatch.
